Bonnie King graduated with a BFA from the Ontario College of Art and Design in 2002, majoring in Drawing and Painting. She has shown in Toronto and Montreal, and received the Globe and Mail's Best in Category award for painting at the 2005 Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition.
Painting from low resolution photographs requires me to manufacture depth. Architectural forms in my paintings are inductive fantasies facilitated by the omission of data.
